I just want to express my frustration with Nashua Mobile, i phoned the Collections department and requested for a settlement letter to pay the account. I spoke to a guy named Musa who was so friendly and advised me someone will give me a call back the same day with regards to this equiry. No call was received yersterday nor a settlement letter. I phoned today and spoke to a guy (didnt take down his name) who spoke to Musa to confirm whats happening, he told me the account has been handed over to attorneys and gave me a number to contact, when i phoned the number i was told its not the correct line and was given another number to phone, was told its a wrong department until the third time i got through to the correct person. A guy named Mzwakhe assisted me and told me the account is not with them, there are no records on the system whats to ever, i told him Nashua Mobile refered me to them as the account is handed over, he said he will phone Nashua and confirm because they cant pick up anything. I phoned Nashua Collections department again and spoke to Zelda and told her what the guy said, she confirmed what my balance is and said by the end of the day i will receive the lette
