Change from data to airtime

I bought 24gigs of data from vodacom, the signal was bad so they froze my account until they could supply a stronger signal. After 3 months they sent me a sms saying i dont have any data left and they switched it to airtime. i queried them and they said they would come back to me, now 3 months later i still have not heard from them
