Whom do I have to complain about? Nokia, repair centre or Vodacom Tokai? They reject to honour the 2 years warranty because the case of the cellphone is "cracked". This crack is next to the av connector and resulted from pulling the headphone plug, otherwise the phone is just worn by daily use for one and a half years and it only looks bad because it is built flimsy and obviously not made to be used. The phone stopped working in the middle of a conversation - not after it dropped or anything like that. I wouldn't have bought another Nokia without the warranty as the last one also died months before I was entitled to an upgrade.
