After complaining on 27 May about the poor cell service and reception I was contacted, I filled out some forms but the problem persists. My wife, who uses the phone, works from home and is expecting our first baby so when the cellphone has no reception for 80% of the day it is a serious problem!
I stay in Midlands Estate and the reception is poor to say the least, most likely because there are too many people and too few towers in the area. I need a reliable cellular service provider and if Cell C is not able to provide this service, I request that they release me from my contract, take back the cellphone which came with the contract and allow me to move to a better service provider.
You say you are the greatest cellular service provider in the country and have excellent customer service. Please have a senior customer service agent contact me to discuss my options. The standard technical help desk has not provided any workable solutions.
