On the 26 March'13 Cell C sent me a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, I activated a phone lock password and confirmed it, it is the password I use on my old phone. when I tried to unlock the phone & it just denied the p/word saying try again. I took the phone to Cell C Brooklyn they sent me to Samsung, Samsung put the phone on their system for the reset but it also denied the reset. On the 5th of April'13 Cell C sent their courier to collect the phone. I kept phoning them to che on the progress of the repairs but with no luck, I finally got hold of Lebogang at around the 15/17 May and she checked for me only to find out that the phone is not even assessed, just imagine for the phone that was collected beginig April. She told me that it normally take 21 days for the phone to be assessed, she sent an e-mail to repairs department never replied to her. on the 22 May'13 I phoned again and I spoke to Fikile who also told me the same story that the phone is no assessed yet and the repairs department system is down. I am so much disappointed on CellC and I am not intending to renew my contract, they are bad news. why they can't send me another phone kit if that one is going to take yrs to fix.
