1 GIG not received on new contract

Hi Vodacom

I must say i was very happy with the speedy service when i applied for a new phone. My problem now is the "after sales" consultant that helped me to activate my contract line told me i will get 1 gig every month for the first 6 months of my contract, but when i check the balance via USSD i see i only got 200mb which is about to be depleted. I called vodacom call center and i was bounced from one department to another and it seems all the consultants are not fully trained in understanding all the "Services Classes", "Vodacom Processes", and "which department is responsible for what service". The lady at the Data department i spoke to Tendeka seemed to be the most confused and its the final department i was transferred too!! my account number is I2748835. Please help.
