I dont know what is wrong with cellc, but their service seems to be slow, and they dont know how to prioritize. i opened a contract with them for the 1st time, and i told them, that i needed the phone asap as i did not have a phone. till today im still waiting, im told stories that it is out of stock, but to my surprise, the phone that i wanted was there for someone else, yet im told that it is out of stock... do you call that. as i said im in need of the phone, not in want of it. They have poor and very slow service. go to any other dealer, they will sort everything out for u asap. Why does one have to wait, at the end of the day im the one paying for the phone, Its heading to 2 weeks now, like really cellc?
