I am disappointed in the service that I have been receiving from Cell c the past two months. I have been waiting anxiously to get the iphone 5 deal from cell c as I was due for an upgrade in January so I started in December already when the deal launched however there was no stock available and the answer i kept receiving was that they were waiting for stock to come and that they would take my contact details and call once stock arrived, its two months already NO phone call from any of the three branches i gave my details to, Or tambo, Southgate and Lenasia. i have called to check up but kept on receiving teh same answer "we dont know when we getting stock" to run a business the way Cellc is at the is pathetic to say the least and should be penalised for their incompetency as a "CELLULAR Service provider"!!! I have sent an email to customer service two weeks ago and have not received a response till now..I have 3 contracts with cellc 2 cellular and 1 data, My upgrade will go to another service provider probably Vodacom as i cannot wait indefinately for phone that is available with other networks. and as soon as my contract finishes for the other 2 im cancelling cellc permanently.
