Telkom refunds me for service problems

After reporting a line problem, I immediately received a fault report number. Telkom also repeatedly sent me sms notifications about replacing the faulty cable. After a week my costs for May 2013 were credited and no line costs for June 2013 were charged. Their expected time of replacing cables is 30 June which is excellent.
