NASHUA MOBILE VERY BAD SERVICE

I wanted to upgrade my contract with Nashua mobile. I signed the new documentation submitted it. I was then told that there is still 3 days left before they can submit it. I then went to Cell C and signed a new contract with them. I then went back to Nashua to request them not to submit the new contract. I was assured that this will all be cancelled. A couple of months later I was contacted by Nashua Hillcrest and asked where the handset was. I informed them of what happened and that I do not have it. Checking my account I noticed that they have started deducting monthly fees of my account. I contacted their Head Office in Johannesburg as no one from the Hillcrest Branch came back to me. The manager at their Head Office informed me that before the close of business the next day that she would phone me. This did not happen. Eventually the manager from the Hillcrest branch contacted me and gave me a reference to say that everything have been sorted out and that I will be reimbursed. I was also given a reference number. I have just check my account and the incompetent staff of Nashua mobile have debited my account R7 480.00. My debit orders are now going to bounce. SORT IT OUT!!!
