This young man is the Supervisor at Woodlands Vodashop. On Friday, 30 Aug. 2013 I visited the shop and requested Johan to pse assist with the transfer of all info from the old BlackBerry to the new one. This particular Vodashop had a re-vamp and the launch was happening on the 30th. The shop was abuzz, but Johan didin't only assist me - while things were "downloading", Johan kept assisting other clients as well, constantly getting back to me to inform me what was busy being done on my phone and how things were progressing. I was really amazed and so thankful that this young man was doing far more than one would normally (yet sadly!) experience in the business world today. He is an absolute professional - dedicated, a real gentleman, so polite - he never gets flustered! I honestly believe and hope that he will be rewarded far beyond any expectations - but, pse., don't take him away from Vodashop, Woodlands! What an invaluable asset to Vodacom!
