Terrible service and HORRIFIC SAMSUNG GALAXY S3

Have my SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 for just over 3 months, which I took on one of YOUR CONSULTANTS ADVICE!! THAT WAS THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!! I had my phone for 2 months, then the camera broke. Was in for repairs for almost a month. I still had to pay the subscription although I had to BORROW A PHONE FROM MY FRIEND!!! A BB WHICH IS MUCH MORE WORTH THAN THIS SUPPOSINGLY SMART PHONE. SMART SE, ITS THE WORST PHONE I EVER EVER HAD AND I HATE EVERY SECOND HAVING IT!! GUESS WHAT, NOW IT IS BROKEN AGAIN. GOOGLE APPS HAS STOPPED WORKING, MY WHATS UP ISNT WORKING, PHONE IS FREEZING, CONTACTS DISSAPEAR, INTERNET CONNECTION IS GONE, EMAIL ISN'T WORKING, SO THE LIST CONTINUE! I AM PASS, YOU HAVE NO IDEA. I WAS AT THREE VODASHOP STORES, including WOODLANDS TO FIX THIS AND NO ONE HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT IS GOING ON, NICE!!! THEY JUST SAY IT HAS TO GO IN FOR REPAIRS. I WONT ACCEPT THAT.I WILL GO SEE AN ATTORNEY ABOUT MY RIGHTS AS CUSTOMER!! WHY PAY THAT MUCH MONEY FOR NOTHING, A PHONE THAT IS MORE IN FOR REPAIRS, THAN ACTUALLY IN USE!!! WOODLANDS BRANCH, WHERE I HAVE THE CONTRACT, REFUSE TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? ISNT THAT WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE WANTED??
