Samsang phone not working for 3 months

Signed a contract on 18 August 2013 with Vodacom Woodlands, Pretoria and since then the Samsung phone has been in for repairs 4 times and each time the phone was in for 3 times (once even for 1 month - Hatfield Repair Centre). A report has shown that the phone was only connected for 31 days over the 4 month period - confirming there is an issue with it. However, Vodacom is still demanding to repair instead of replacing despite having tried this on 4 occasions. Replacing will cost too much for them. This we can be assure that it does not match the frustration and unhappiness with Vodacom service. Their service is shocking unbelievable and unacceptable. Vodacom is quite unashamedly taking your money each month without supplying working instruments or providing a trustworthy service. Despicable to say the least.
