Poor Upgrade Service

I have upgraded on the 30 April 2013. There where no stock and on the 27th of May 2013 I phoned the upgrade department again. It was confirmed that the phone and upgrade packages was released on the 24th of May 2013. Today it is the 31st of May 2013 and still I did not receive my phone. This is the worst service I had ever received.
