On April 15th I reported thebfact that MTN keep dropping my calls and that my data coverage doesnt work at all, they gave ne a reference number 0052827. On April 17 th I called them again and they tell me that they have 10 working days to respond. Today is day 15 and not even a call to ask what is the issue... This is just not the way to go and keeping in mind how much business I loose due to the fact that I dont get my incoming calls is just not acceptable any more...
