No follow ups

As suggested and agreed to, i took my phone in for the 2nd time to be checked. i was at Auto page for 2hours while the technician was trying to see what the problem could be and finally after 2 hours, i was told that there is cleary something wrong with the phone.

I was informed that the phone will have to be booked in, my question was, what difference is it going to make as it was there for 2 weeks and a technical person checked it in my presence. I was told that it is a protocol by a rude supervisor.

Nobody has gotten back to me to give update on the phone. What is customer service? clearly this people have got no idea what they are diong.
