On Sun 18 Aug 13 I phoned the Cell C call center to increase my call limit on the straight up 100 contract I took out with them in June. I was told by die the call center agent it is not possible to increase my call limit since the contract is not older than 3 months, she also requested permission from her team leader who denied the request. I asked if there is another option because I need to use the phone for work, I was told to wait until the end of the month to receive my monthly contract benefits. I would not have taken out the contract if I was made aware of this fact seeing that the reason I have a contract is to get the benefits of having the freedom to pay one monthly bill instead of recharging on prepaid. Also now I am stuck without a 2 year contract and a phone I can only use for the first 2/3 of each month, and unable to do my work.
