Nazir declined my request despite MTN not being able to assist me with what appeared to be a disconnection in April.

Kindly compensate me for calls made to MTN on 083 1808 from my Telkom landline on Monday 15 April 2013.
Days after receiving my new handset I was unable to make any outgoing calls. I visited MTN Waterfront on the evening of Monday 15 April, the sales consultant was not able to assist and neither was MTN when he called for further assistance. That evening I made calls from my Telkom land line in an attempt to resolve the problem, again nobody was equipped to assist me nor able to offer further guidance.
I subsequently googled the problem and got a solution from an online forum [URL Removed] Turns out it is a setting on the Nokia Lumia 610 which apparently the handset defaults to from time to time.
I am totally dissatisfied with the service received from MTN in my attempt to resolve this problem. Seems handset specific knowledge is extremely limited.
