I switched to Telkom about a month ago for a 4mbps adsl line. The speed since has hovered around 2mbps and breaks regularly (4-6 times a day on avg).
When I tried to cancel, I was told that I need to wait 30 days before it goes through.
I did not agree to this (check your records), nor do I think it appropriate to tie me in to a service that cannot be delivered.
I'm not your quality control Telkom. Please cancel me with immediate effect.
