OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I visited the Vaal Mall branch several times regarding a problem on my account, including calling the call centre but without any resolve. I made a desperate last attempt to getting my problem solved and I was greeted friendly by SIBU at the Vaal Mall branch. He promised me that he will try and sort out my problem. After a few days I received a welcoming call from him with good news. My problem was solved! SIBU made the difference. He went out of his way to assist. He made several calls to the relevant departments at Telkom and never gave up until the battle was won. He is always friendly and tentative. If only all Telkom employees can learn from SIBU how customer service needs to be delivered that would make a MAJOR difference in customer satisfaction. Well done SIBU you are a real GEM. Keep up the good work!!!
