Suspension of service after payment & notification

I paid my account on 14th May, contacted call centre to notify them & sent confirmation by email. Received SMS regarding same amount due on 20th May, resent the email notification. Received confirmation of receipt of my email. Subsequently received more SMS reminders and ultimately a warning that service would be suspended. I contacted the call centre again at 12pm today. The agent confirmed that payment does reflect on system. She realised that there was a problem with allocation of the payment. Then promised to call be back, which did not happen.By 6pm my service was suspended. I contacted the call centre again, only to find the annoying voice notification that this is outside their office hours. NOW I HAVE NO SERVICE UNTIL THEY WAKE UP AND DECIDE TO MAN THEIR LINES TOMORROW!
1.They have no toll free number for customer, unlike MTN/ Vodacom
2. There is no after hours support
3. They don't keep their promise to call back
4. Their accounts department is incompetent.
I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH ALTECH SUPERCALL, after having been a client for more than 10 years, with a monthly account of average R1000 per month.
SUPERCALL DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
