Faulty fone and bad service received

Opened a cheque acc @ golden walk 2 a consultant Felicity then qualified 2 take a smartfone on contract.she sent me 2 eastgate branch dot.fnb where I had 2 choose a fone got a guy Lupo who was very impatient n didnt explained the diff in the fone or more abt them so I jst took a samsung mini.on thr 30 Apr fone was freezing n switching itself off while battery is ful calledFelicity n adviced I mst reset my settings which I did.on the 4May had the same prob called her again she adviced I go 2 the branch n report the fone.went 2 the eastgate branch on the 11May got branch mananger who said he cant help me as its weekend so hel call me on monday n monday he never called I went again got a lady Rozz who told me I hv 2 personal take my fone 2 samsung 4 repaires so I asked her abt the cooling off period she said fnb doesnt hv which I knw al consumers hv it.called their call center on the 13 n spoke 2 kgomotso who promised 2 call me back n didnt.i called again spoke 2 Ntombi who also promised 2 call bt didnt.told them i wana cancel my contract n get a new 1 even if i hv 2 pay more on a diff fone its ok nt 2 pay 4 a faulty fone.hvnt gotten any communication from fnb this far.
