I applied for a wi-fi ruoter at mtn over the phone. My application was denied and I called in to find out why. I spoke to a consultant and he said he didn't know why my application was denied and that he will call me back, but he never did. I called after working hours and left a message with one of the consultants and she promised me that they will call me. I would like to know why my application was denied, maybe its something I can fix but i can't fix what i don't know. Please I really do need internet.
