I applied for a store card week ago, got an sms stating that my application has been denied, called the head office to get more explanation on that. fist lady asked me to send a 3 months bank statement a a copy of my I.D which I did. wen I called to check again, the second person told me to call ITC and asked them why my application was denied. I called the ITC but they told me all they can do is to provide me with my credit record report which they did. Called Woolworth again but this time a lady told me that I should wait since I have sent some documents maybe my application would be reconsidered. I called today and a guy by the name of SANUEL told me the only thing that resulted is because I only have one account and I am not using it enough... how do I use this acc if I do not like the clothing from this store, He even rephrased that for me to have an acc with WOOLWORTH I should have other accounts 1st and use them enough to have Woolworth acc. plz could someone explain to me if that's true or I am just being fooled by these consultants of yours for some reasons I don't know. Ref for my last call is 12/04/04/7 (time and date he said)
