Application was denied for chronic medication

I am a member of Discovery Keycare and recently went for bloodwork and the dr picked up i have a under active thyriod. All discovery's procedures were followed and the dr sent everything to the chronic medication department. 2 days later i received a email. My application was denied due to my age. I was to young to have this condition. But we can sent in more details and they will look at it again. So we did. Dr did so much effort and send it to them again. Today i received a email from the same person with the same email. Just the date was changed. And what a surprize. Denied again. I want to know. Who made them king to decide who is sick enough to get chronic medication. Because im to young i cant get the medication i need. What must we do. We pay their salaries but yet we are treated like.
