I applied for a advance on my existing home loan 1 month ago. When i called after not hearing from home loan department i was told the application was closed &and they didn't know why. After reopening the application i call back again after a few weeks they tell me that they did not receive all the documentation. This kind of service is appalling and unacceptable and this is not the first time.
