Unable to log my building loan application

My husband and I applied for a building loan. I make it a habit to follow up frequently when ABSA is concerned, and after 2 weeks I was informed that, my application was thown off due to system failure.

The lady read in the application again, but in her own words - "she doesn't know if it was done correctly, as she is not competent." Last week, the application was denied, and the only person that does in fact know how to work with the system, informed me that it was in fact read in incorrectly.

However, after following up this morning, this competent person has now resigned with immediate effect, and the incompetent lady is still not sure how to go about my application. She said however, I can expect feedback within 21 working days. Seriously? Can somebody please just inform the lady of the procedure to follow for the next application.
