A Few months ago i started experiencing problems with my Blackberry 9300, i eventually took the phone in to the branch for assessment as it kept getting worse... Immediately i was told that i need a software upgrade and i should have my phone back later the day. A few days later i stared receiving similar freezing and software related issues as well as faulty track problems, off-course i took it back for repairs and was told that it will be repaired free of charge. A week later i received my phone back only to find that this time it had a time and date problem and there was dirt underneath the screen, this time i was told that my phone is water damaged and it needs to be sent to JHB for assessment by the escalations team. The very next day i received information that my phone will be replaced with a new one, but when receiving it a week later i learnt that it was a refurbish handset which had a loose keypad and faulty cover. Since then i have received 3 " 0min" phones with latest i received the report which illustrated the phone having "minor scratches" I was then given the opportunity for a upgraded handset to which i have to pay difference while they give me R1100.00.
