A discovery Call Centre agent called me yesterday to assist with my application for a Discovery Card. Although he was very polite and helpful, he did not give me enough information as to why my application was denied. When I look at the criteria, I seem to meet all the requirements. So there seems to be a disconnect between what Call Centre agents are trained on and give the public as information as well as what the websites stipulate. Please may I have some concrete evidence and and coherent responses as to why I have been denied the opportunity to acquire a Discovery Card.
