Double Billed!!!

I cancelled two of my Vodacom contracts prematurely to take advantage of a upgrade deal on my other Vodacom contract. I followed the process and with payments done of R 472 each at the bank as required, the cancellations were done. Happy days! to not so happy days... Only to billed in February for the same amounts which i was asured in the first place could not be done and I must pay at the bank. These amounts show on my statement. Since then I have made numerous phone calls being transferred to various departments, passing the bucket, with reference numbers to go along with it. Acknowledging the error and promises of them getting back to me to rectify this. I have even gone out of my way to resend the payments made initially twice with no response.
What I can't understand is the following, You can't do a premature cancellation without payment at the bank which i did. The two amounts for the double billing are on the statement. Reimburse me!! How difficult can it be?
I'm writng this because if I have to phone the call centre having to go through the whole process again with a another promise and reference number I might just blow up...
Fact, 4 months on with nothing from Vodacom.
