Pathetic Service

I have applied for an MTN contract my anytime 200 with first agenct Evashen. service was excellent and contract approved within 2 days of sending him documentation.
He than left the company and passed everything over to Mduduzi who never in the first place made contact with me. i than called the store and was told they will order the phone as this was not yet done to which they will contact me within a weeks time to inform me of arrival at the branch so i can collect. 1 week later i made contact and was made aware that this has not been delivered yet it is showing packed on the system but NOT dispatched and they will have it dispatched and will be there within 3 days. after going into branch there was no phone for me as they have . they had phone dispatched again was assured phone to be there in 3 days after going in a week later nothing again. this is now the 4th time i have been to by the agent in question.
Service is the worst i have EVER experienced as it seems that each person in that Branch is HIGHLY INCOMPETENT of doing what is a really simple task..
Agent always passes the Buck to bad courier or delays and NEVER took responsibility and seeing this through.
