I got my new phone on 19 April, from the start the battery did not last more than 2 days, Returned the phone on 26 April and waited till 24 May to get it back NO REPORT, NO SORRY, NO REPACEMENT did not even sign for it. Got an answer from the service centre that there was no fault. GSMArena say standby is 653 hours. Phone with full charge staight off the charger tells me it has 42 hours usage left not even 10% of 653 hours. All the services that can be switched off are off no apps like whatsapp installed. I approached the regional office at TygerValley and was politely told it is not our poblem take it to Nokia which I did and was told that I must pay them to test the phone. SORRY this is not acceptable replace the phone or I will cancel the contract and take my business elsewhere. Is this how you treat a loyal customer does 20 years mean anything?
