my samsung galaxy s3 gave charging problems.when the battery is flat it took 12 hours to charge to 100%.i took my phone in to tygervalley vodashop repairs.without asking my charger they book my phone in.that same day they let me know its my battery thats faulty.then a week later i received an sms saying my phone is ready.i went there and told them that my jobcard number is... 9088822 but the sms they sent me was 9117002.after half an hour of looking for my phone they coud nut find it.i left.a week later i had to phone them asking where my phone is.they said to me my phone is ready and fixed.i also waited half an hour for them to find my phone.they said that there was problems with there system and rebooked my phone in under a new jobcard number.they charged me R233.00 for a new battery and 275.00 labour excluding vat.while i was standing in the shop i saw that they sell the s3 batteries for R169.00 inclusive.my phone is still charging 10 hours on my s3 charger.i did a test and charged it with my wifes s4 charger.it took only two and a half hours to charge fully.i am very unhappy with the service.i feel that t
