DO NOT DEAL WITH NASHUA MOBILE

Nashua Mobile has being my provider for many years, I have 2 phones on contract, 1 Blackberry for myself and a Nokia for for hubby. Firstly I signed a 2 year contract with a Blackberry, which was unlimited data. I get a message to advise of some fair usage thing which means my BBm service is cancelled. My internet usage was cut off on a few different occassions and every time I had to phone to get it switched on.
In December I decided to upgrade to a Samsung S4. I was told the phone came with a charger and car charger. It arrived with no chargers, and I sent it back as this was not acceptable. The salesman then and told his office he had not promised a charger. I then cancelled my contract on 6th December and requested to migrate my number to another provider (I have a copyof this cancellation). This month I was debited for R7000 for the phone which was returned in December. I instantly went to the Hillcrest branch where I was passed a credit for the amount, but now every day I am soft locked and told my account is not paid, AND EVERYDAY HAVE TO WAIT IN A CALL LINE TO UNLOCK MINE AND MY HUBBIES PHONES. Oh and by the way the cancellation is still not done, 2 MONTHS LATER!
