So I lost my 3 month old S3 while in the gym. Personally went to Nashua Mobile in Victorian Square to report it, gave a copy of my i.d, filled in the forms and was told I would be contacted soon by the "Insurance Company", because Nb outsourced this service. 24 Hrs passed and no response, so I phone up Nashua mobile's regional office and got the correct number first. Phone them and spoke to Roy who told me it takes 72 hours to process the claim and that they cannot supply me with a loan phone, not even an old nokia? Phone the insurance company who promptly tells me that no paperwork has been received by them concerning my claim. Tried to phone Vic Square again 4 times, 3 times it just kept ringing and the 4th the phone was put down in my ear. Insurance company tells me I must follow up and try and get them the paperwork!!! Once my R1300 plus contacts expire I'm going somewhere else. a Little (feedback) goes a long way guys. My whole life was on that phone, not one of your expert salepeople asked me any relevant questions about my phone, "Did you have a mobile tracker installed? ", so I did, to late now since it's been blacklisted, (also something I had to remind them to do!!!)
