This is my second complaint. I have a Straight Up 200 (Iphone 5) contract via Nashua Mobile from Cell C. I am a student at the University of Pretoria and live on campus as I am in res. I have been struggling with internet connection and cellphone coverage since February when my contract started. I have made complaints directly to Cell C and via Nashua Mobile, and we are not getting any response. 3 Weeks ago Nashua Mobile contacted Cell C regarding my contract and I am still waiting for a response, either directly to me or via Nashua Mobile. I understand that Cell C is busing building a tower in the Hatfield area, but am I expected to wait until the tower is finished to receive the service I am paying for.
