I applied for a wifi router 2gigs R149pm, 2 months ago- i received no response telling me wether it was approved or declined-- you billed me for it a month ago!!! i called in saying that i did not receive the product-- you then advise me that the couriers were hijacked with the product---you had no descency to call me and to advise me about the incident---you then billed me!!! i was then promised that i will get the product delivered by monday the 27/05 which happened, however it is the incoorect product you delivered a usb modem!!! not a wifi modem as i applied for.this is really shokcing service--i have been inconvenienced--- i open the usb that was delivered to check if i was my product which is not!! i then called in to advise now you want to send the product for assessment!!! you guys did not evens send a sim card with it!!! now you want to inconvienience me once more--please fecth your modem from me--- and i do no want to wait for the assessments results it is your fault!!! i would to be conpensated for your POOR SERVICE!!!
