MTN handing out personal banking info

Earlier this year we subscribed to a MTN contract via a call centre cold call. Straight away money was deducted from our account for something called So Money, So Call and dropbox - which we did not sign up for. Upon querying at MTN, they said they also had no record of us having requested these services. Went to the bank - they say they can't stop the money from being deducted but gave us a number to call. After about phonecalls we got through to the correct call centre. After about a half hour conversation the guy said they will listen to the recorded conversation and get back to us. This is a month ago and no feedback as yet. We are shocked at MTN for glibly handing over our very personal information to another institution and lack of interest in sorting this out. So, at the moment we are still being billed a R 100/month for something we did never ask for, we don't even know what it is.
