Money deducted twice

Good Day

I made a personal loan with standard bank this year April 2013.
Standard Bank deducted money from my account twice on 26 July 2013 and i was not even in arrears.

I phone Standard Bank call centre the Lady that helped me told me i had to wait for 5 working days.
She gave me a reference number, but i missed place the reference number.

Its has been two weeks now and no money has been refunded back to my acount
