CellC issued me a recycled SIM for a data contract that I entered into in Sept 2012. Unfortunately and sadly so they did not ensure that the card was sterilized from all prior subscriptions. I have not been using the data contract that much (more for a fall back incase my regular service is not working) and thus did not monitor my monthly account (my bad!!). When I wanted to use the contract in May 2013, I was told that I could not that my service was overused. I discovered that all prior subscriptions were resumed when the SIM was activated for my data contract. I was a nightmare trying to resolve this issue via the call center, and Pieter Pietie went out of his way to help me discover the entities that did this unlawful billing and even phone them to point to their activities. I am still awaiting the reimbursement, but it all seem to be approved and settled. My data telephone number has also been changed. Sad service from CellC but good service from one of its agents. Wish there were more or them!! Thanks Pieter!
