I hope that call was recorded!

Money started being deducted from my pre-paid account about 3 months ago so i phoned vodacom's call centre and a very helpful man told me it was going to a company called mobijobs. "No problem" he said. He would cancle my subscription, I just mustn't load air-time for 3 days. I rated his service as excellent and a few days later I received a call from Vodacom's call centre and again rated his service and the call centre in general as excellent. About a month later I suspected that money was being deducted again so i called the call centre and queried this but was told that i had no subscriptions and no money was being deducted by anyone. I took this to be true and thought nothing more of it until tonight when I noticed that money had definately been deducted. So i called the call centre and had the misfortune to be put through to Ndeleka Totogo in Cape Town who told me mobijobs was deducting this money and this was my responsibility and there was nothing she could do to stop this. Now at this point let me just clarify that I am not looking for a job. I have tried to log in at all the mobijob web sites (and there are several of them) and all told me I was not a subscriber.sowotnow?
