POOR SERVICE

I'm due for an upgrade since April 2013, I want to upgrade to an ipad and they told me I have to change from voice to data. I did this on Friday 24 May 2013, today is the 29th May 2013 and it hasn't been done but I've been told its only takes 24 hours. I call them everyday to keep track but nothing or no one gets back to me to give me a report or feedback.
