No response about billing query for over a month

Im disgusted with the lack of service from cell c. I have been a loyal client for almost 10 years and it seems the service and attitude gets worse each year. In the middle of April i applied for a new contract for which I am paying almost R1000 a month. Before end april I got a call to inform me that my data usage alone was approx R2000 plus the normal R1000 monthly charge. I cant understand how the data usage could be that high and asked for a detailed report as to how it got to that amount. She said she was not privy to that info and it would only be available after 7 may. I then asked to to have someone call me when the info became available. Needless to say I received no such call which led me to go into a cell c store to resolve this. Once again I spoke to a call centre staff who informed me that on his system the query wad closed. I told him it clearly was not as I am still disputing that amount for data. He said someone would contact me by 10 may. On 10 may I did receive a call but was at the doctors surgery and asked him to call back which never happened. I called again on 14 and 22 may and was promised that some1 would call back. I am still waiting for a resolution.
