Without a phone for 8 weeks

After numerous complaints and phone calls to autopage customer service centre from April last month. I was informed on 22/05/2013.by Najma moosa that I will be receiving SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 but i am still waiting for my phone.
Stock is available, I really don't understand why the delay for?
It is really frustrating without a phone for 8 weeks.( please refer previous complaints)
I need the phone by Thursday 30th may. It's URGENT.
