Autopage... what a mistake!!!

I have written two complaints and still nothing was done to improve my current situation with Autopage! I received a BlackBerry from Autopage and after two months I took it in because of the problems I was having with it. It started giving problems again! I spoke to a few people and heard that Autopage replaced their faulty phones and wondered why this wasn't the case with me?? I went in and asked about it..just to be told that they would have replaced the phone if it was within the first six months. I also have been paying my account every month for the last 12years and have not received a monthly statement, although I have paid for it!! After writing all of this on Hello Peter, they phoned me and promised to correct it and that my phone would be replaced, should I have any more problems with it, tried phoning Najma Moosa who I spoke to but I was not allowed to speak to her. Went in to Clearwater to stop BIS, and the statements I am not receiving, now when I phone after eight, FREE MINUTES, it says my account has been suspended?? So can I stop paying my account now Autopage? I will write a report every week until it is sorted... I have had enough!!!
