Shocking Customer Retention

Since Ordering an iPhone on a Cell C contract through Autopage I have been met with delay after delay in receiving the phone. This order was placed on the 23 Jan 2013 and after a two week delay in stock I was told I would receive the handset. I agreed with the sales consultant that she would confirm the address for the phone to be delivered. This was not done and the handset was delivered to the wrong address. We are now waiting for that phone (Black iPhone) to be re-added to stock before the white one I ordered can be delivered to the correct address. I now have to wait up to another two weeks when it has already taken 5 weeks to get this far.

Still more excuses!

If the phone is not delivered to the correct address within 24 hours I will cancel this order. I wonder if Apple or Cell C know how badly their products are being represented by Autopage?
