Contract mess not sorted out!!!

Good day.

I refer to a complaint I had on 27 March.
I phoned in this morning to confirm on what package I am and apparantly it was not corrected to Anytime 200 as requested to Becky about 2 weeks ago???
The lady told me this will only be done IN AUGUST "WHEN I AM DUE FOR UPGRADE"??!!! THIS PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY NUTS!!! I GOT MY NEW (SMART) PHONE AND IS USING IT - THE PACKAGE SHOULD BE ANYTIME 200 AS THERE IS NO DATABUNDLE ON THE CURRENT PACKAGE - SO REGARDING THE MESSAGE FROM NAJMA

AND NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE DOES NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS AND NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE!
