I was told by sms that letter i requested for cancelling contract without charges was sent to contract department, after numereous attempts to get someone to respond to my emails. None did, but they do sent a read receipt. I HATE MTN, I HATE THE COLOUR YELLOW, MY HEART BEAT FAST WHEN I THINK OF MTN.
Can HELLO PETER make sure that they sent me email cornfirming cancellation please. Becauce all they do is only call me for my hard earned money, they dont call to report progress. Their accounts dept call me every month for outstading instalment, dont their system tell them that this person has never received service as promised? Please no one must sign contact with MTN, it is the biggest mistake i have did in my entire life.
