On the 28/05/2013 I took my Samsung SIII cellphone into Hillcrest Autopage because the speaker wasnt working, and I only had the phone for 3 weeks. I was told that it would take 4-5 weeks to repair. I went to the Gateway branch on the 30/06/2013 to check on my phone, and was told that I would be contacted because there was a release letter on their system. I then spoke to Erika on the 08/07/2013 then I spoke to Vanessa on the 09/07/2013 and on the 10/07/2013 I was told the phone would take another 3 weeks to repair. I run my own business so require my phone. I wasnt even given a replacement phone or loan phone.
