My name is Wayne Abrahams and upgrade to Blackberry 9300 on the 30.06.2012, IMEI number 351515058063282. In the first four months the handset start giving me problem by the scroller button doesn't want to work and keep on freezing. Handset booked in for repairs on the 18th October 2012 (tracking number R00738923) for above mention faulty, unit received back on the 12th November 2012 (handset was in for 1month) Job no. CLC859462. Two months later the phone start doing the same, handset booked in again on the 05 February 2012 (tracking number R00739217) and received back on the 8 March 2013 Job number CLC896343, (once again for a 1month), took the phone home and off the bat it's does the same, I took the phone back to the store, refer tracking number R00739249, I info Curt that I don't want the same handset back and request a brand new handset. On all three occasions, i haven't received a loan unit, in total I have been without a phone for two months and can't even call my mother. Curt at the store has been very helpful and he's not responsible for bad repairs done by service dept.
